Job Training

Getting Started:   For many of our plant and distribution center roles, no experience is required. We invest in you by providing safety and quality assurance training during your new hiring orientation.

On-the-Job:   You'll receive on-the-job training and routine check-ins by your supervisor to make sure you feel confident in your role and can do your work safely and at your best.

On-going:   We have a variety of continuous learning tools to include everything from improving teamwork to food safety, and work habits.

Career Growth:   We're here to help fuel your career and develop your unique talents. We listen to our associates and find ways for talented team members to grow their future with us.  Many of our employees have been here for many years, expanding their skills and advancing to new departments or higher-level roles.   Approximately 1 out of every 2 leadership roles are filled by promoting from within, and over 40%% of our employees have been here 5+years.

TYPES OF JOBS

Packager/General Plant Labor

An important part of the manufacturing team, you'll package our delicious foods and make sure they are labeled and boxed correctly before they are sent to our customers. No experience required.

Sanitation

This role is critical to keep our production equipment clean, ready for production, and sanitized to keep our food and facilities safe. No experience required.

Quality Assurance Technician

Our QA team monitors, documents, performs checks, and reports on all aspects of our foods from ingredients to finished products. No experience required.

Machine Operator

You'll operate basic production equipment that makes our foods and help keep things running smoothly. Some experience is preferred. 

Maintenance

This critical role troubleshoots, repairs, and performs maintenance throughout our plant on production equipment. Experience required.

Shipping/Receiving

Pick, stage, and load pallets to keep our flow of fresh refrigerated foods moving. Some experience required.

Transportation and Drivers

Our drivers and mechanics have excellent sign-on bonuses, consistent routes, and 5-day workweeks.  Licensing required.

Professional Administration

Positions at our facilities include finance, marketing, human resources, sales, customer service, IT, logistics, engineering, food and workplace safety, purchasing, and more.

Leadership Roles

We love to develop great leaders and supervisors. The average tenure of our leaders is 10+ years!
