Chef Heather was raised in an agricultural community with an abundance of beautiful fresh produce. She learned scratch cooking from an early age from her family, which led to a love of farmers markets and a strong desire to attend culinary school.

Heather graduated with a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion. Her passion for food persisted, and she attended Western Culinary Institute. Heather’s culinary experience includes restaurants, wine dinners, private parties, and pastry chef work.
