Beaverton, Ore.– November 5, 2012 – Reser’s Fine Foods® is pleased to announce the grand prize winner in its “America’s Best Potato Salad Challenge.” Competitive BBQ teams, potato salad lovers and home cooks from across the country competed for ultimate bragging rights, and the $10,000 grand prize, at the World Food Championships hosted by Adam Richman, in Las Vegas.
And the grand prize winner is….
Firefighting BBQ Crew, from Maryland takes home top honors at this year’s event with its winning potato salad recipe, packed with spuds, spices and a spectacular taste.
Celebrity chefs Tim Love (a Fort Worth, Texas chef who owns the Lonesome Dove, Western Bistro and the Love Shack restaurants) and Chris Hanmer (winner of Bravo’s “Top Chef Just Desserts) served on the esteemed judging panel.
