Chef Barb wants you to play with your food. This classically trained chef believes that simple foods can be great, “If you just love-them-up a little!” A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA), she also gained real-life lessons from her mom who taught her, “attention to detail is the difference between an ordinary meal and an extraordinary meal.” As the Director of Culinary Development at Reser’s (the largest salad manufacturer in the US), Chef Barb specializes in helping many busy families put homestyle favorites on the table—fast. She’s currently working on a collection of quick-fix recipes for prepared salads, side dishes and entrées.
