With our first corporate responsibility report comes the opportunity to build on our long-standing recipe for success. It is a combination of great, hardworking people; a passion for innovation; a commitment to quality and a dedication to the needs of our customers. This was true when we were founded in 1950 and it is still true today. Working together throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico with our co-workers, suppliers, growers, and of course, our customers, we continue to work hard to influence our impact on the planet. In 2011 we began a formal program for capturing data and engaging our organization around areas for improvement.

We recognize the importance of reducing our carbon footprint, increasing our operational efficiency, strengthening the communities where we live and improving our long-term fiscal results.
