Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
2 C shredded chicken, cooked
1 16oz container sour cream
½ C Reser's Original Salsa*, plus more for topping
1 C shredded Colby Jack cheese, plus more for topping
12 (6 or 8 inch) warmed Reser's Corn or Flour tortillas
Instructions:
Preheat oven 350° F. Mix sour cream, cheese, and salsa with shredded, cooled chicken. Spoon ¼ cup of mixture into each warmed tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down into a 13x9" baking dish. Top with additional cheese and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with sour cream and additional salsa.
