Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef or turkey
1
medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1- 10oz. package frozen peas, thawed
1- 24oz. package Reser's Potato Express Creamy Deluxe Mashed Potatoes
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, brown beef and saute onion until
cooked through. Drain fat and add Worcestershire and ketchup to the beef mixture.
Place
the beef mixture in a 9 inch square baking dish or divide among 4 smaller ramekins.
Top the mixture with peas and then Reser's Potato Express Creamy Deluxe Mashed
Potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes
or until the top is golden brown.
