Ingredients:
1 ready made pie crust
6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
6 eggs, beaten with 1 tbl. of heavy cream
½
cup Stonemill Kitchens Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip (or Artichoke Jalapeno)
¼
cup diced onion
2 Tbl. sundried tomatoes
½
salt
¼
tsp. black pepper
Preparation:
Place pie crust in pie dish. Pour mixture of eggs and heavy cream into pie crust. Dot egg mixture with dip. Evenly distribute remaining ingredients into pie crust. Bake in a pre heated oven at 400 F. for 20-25 min.
