Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
2-18oz packages Reser's Potato Express Farmstyle Shredded Potatoes
Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped
onion, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Gently mix in shredded potatoes. Spread
mixture evenly into greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1
cup shredded cheese on top of the mixture. Bake at 400° for
about 30 minutes, or until browned.
Yield: 8 servings.
