Pesto Sauce and Parmesan cheese add a special touch to these potatoes.
Ingredients:
1 (18 oz.) |

Package Potato Express Diced Potatoes |
4 Tbsp. |

Prepared pesto sauce |
1 cup |
|
Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 Degrees F. Spray roasting pan with cooking spray.
- Mix potatoes, pesto sauce and Parmesan cheese well.
- Place potato mixture in prepared pan and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
