Ingredients:
3 c. Stonemill Kitchens Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip
2 c. ricotta cheese
2/3 c. fontina cheese, shredded + 1/3 c. for topping
1 tsp. kosher Salt
1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 32 oz. Jar of Pasta Sauce
Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine dip, ricotta, salt and 2/3 c. ricotta in bowl. Mix to combine. Spoon mixture into shells. Top with pasta sauce and reserved fontina and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
