Recipe Yield: Serves 4/Can be Adapted
A delicious cross between corned beef hash and the favorite sandwich!
Ingredients:
¾ cup Resers Hash Brown Potatoes
¾ lb. Cooked Corned Beef, sliced thin and heated
1 cup Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 cup Swiss Cheese, sliced thin
1 cup Thousand Island Dressing *
*Served on the side if desired.
Instructions:
Grill hash browns as directed. Transfer to serving plate and top with corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Broil until hot and bubbly.
