Cheesy Potato Puff

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Melt butter in pan and add onion, stirring occasionally until onion is soft and carmelized. In a separate bowl, beat egg and stir in sour cream. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and baking powder. Stir in potatoes. Add carmelized onions. Transfer mixture to buttered casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 min.
