We are currently accepting applications/resumes for an Operations Manager.
Essential functions include:
- Improving efficiencies and design processes.
- Implementing programs.
- Coordinating the operations of the plant.
- Developing effective employee systems.
- Developing and implementing cost reduction strategies.
- Ensuring quality standards are realized.
- Researching and evaluating new plant equipment.
- Promoting open communication and personal collaboration.
- Overseeing and designing of equipment process engineering.
Successful candidates will have:
- 6+ years of plant management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
