RECIPESPistachio Dream Pie
Graham cracker crust Crust: 1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs 2 T. sugar 6 - 8 T. melted butter. Heat oven to 350°. In medium sized bowl, toss together the crumbs and the sugar. Drizzle in 6 T. of the butter and mix well. Squeeze some together in your hand to see if it holds together. If so, add no more butter. If not, drizzle in a bit more. Press mixture on bottom and halfway up the sides of a well greased 10” springform pan. Bake about 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until needed. Fill crust with Reser’s Pistachio Delight. Dollop whipped cream in center and dust with chopped pistachios. Garnish with fresh mint. Keep chilled. Serves 8-10. |
