Q) Where can I find Reser's products?

A) Our products are currently sold in 50 states and across Canada. You can find Reser's products in most national grocery chains, independent retail outlets, club stores and convenience stores. If you are looking for a specific product and location, please email Customer Service or phone 1.800.333.6431.

Q) Does Reser's accept suggestions for new products?

A) Reser's has a dedicated Research and Development team of food scientists and culinary experts with years of experience formulating products for the food industry. We are committed to keeping up with the freshest ideas in food trends and are always looking out for new ideas. Because our staff is so skilled in these areas, we are able to formulate new recipes as demand warrants. Therefore, we do not accept product suggestions.

Q) Where can I find Nutritional Information on your products?

A) Our Nutritional Information is listed on all of our retail product packaging. If you do not have our packaging available, please email Reser's Customer Service or phone 1.800.333.6431.

Q) Does Reser's offer any Kosher certified products?

A) We currently offer a limited number of Kosher salad products in East Coast markets. The pre-packaged Reser's Kosher salads can be found in the service deli section of your store.

Q) Are any of Reser's products "gluten free"?

A) Reser's strives to meet our customers' needs, however because all of our plants make hundreds of fresh recipes from thousands of ingredients, we cannot guarantee a "gluten free" manufacturing environment for any single product. Rather than risk customer satisfaction, we have chosen to not make gluten claims on our products. Each ingredient is very clearly stated on the packaging label so that Reser's consumers can make informed choices about the foods they eat.

Q) Does Reser's display a Use By or Sell By code date?

A) Reser's generally displays a Use By code date on all of our packaging to ensure freshness. This means that you should use the product by the date on the packaging in order for premium product quality.

Q) How long are your products good for after they've been opened?

A) Most all of our products can be used within 3-5 days after opening if they are sealed properly in an airtight container.

Q) At what temperature should your products be stored?

A) Between 35-40° F ensures that freshness is maintained through the end of the code date period.

Q) Can I freeze Reser's refrigerated products?

A) In general, you should not freeze Reser's refrigerated products. These products are labeled Keep Refrigerated.
