Alvin Reser, Chairman of the Board
Alvin L. Reser, Chairman of the Board, graduated from Oregon State University in 1960 with majors in food technology and accounting. Mr. Reser, Chairman of the Board since 1960, is responsible for all areas of the Company. Under his guidance, the Company has grown from a small local salad manufacturer to a national company with sales in excess of $600 million. Mr. Reser is past president and director of the National Salad Manufacturers Association, Director of the Western States Meat Packers and Convention Chairman for the National Food Distributors Association. Mr. Reser has been an officer and director of the Beaverton Rotary Club, active with the Aloha High School Committee for eight years, a councilman for St. Matthew's Church, director of Beaverton Education Foundation, and a director of the OSU Beaver Club.

Mark Reser, President
Mark A. Reser, President, graduated from Oregon State University in 1988 with a degree in accounting. Mark Reser is the son of Alvin and Patricia Reser. Since 1991, Mr. Reser has managed all the operations in Topeka, Kansas. Prior to that, he managed the Company's salad plant in Corona, California. Currently he oversees all company operations from the Beaverton headquarters.

Paul Leavy, Chief Financial Officer
Paul A. Leavy, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, graduated from the University of Oregon in 1985 with a degree in accounting. Mr. Leavy is an Oregon CPA and was a manager with Coopers & Lybrand for 10 years prior to joining Reser's. In addition he is a member of the Oregon Society and American Society of CPAs and Financial Executives Institute.

Mike Reser, Vice President, Logistics
Mike Reser, VP Logistics, graduated from Portland State University in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration. Mike Reser is the son of Alvin and Patricia Reser. Mr. Reser began his career at the age of 14 and has since worked his way up through a variety of production position and relief route sales. As VP Logistics, Mike currently oversees the Customer Service department, all distribution facilities, and transportation needs.

Peter Sirgy, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing
Peter A. Sirgy, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1985 with a degree in Psychology. In 1987, Mr. Sirgy graduated from Pepperdine University with an MBA degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Reser's in January 1999, Mr. Sirgy held various sales management and marketing positions with Heublein, Kraft Foods and Stella Foods .

Douglas Peck, Vice President of Retail Sales
Douglas Peck, Vice President of Retail Sales, graduated from Wittenberg University in 1976 with a degree in Business. Prior to joining Reser's in October 1997, Mr. Peck held various sales positions with Johnson & Johnson, J.M. Smucker Co. and Lykes Pasco. As Vice President of Retail Sales, Doug currently oversees all regional and divisional retail sales managers throughout the US.

David Lakey, Vice President of Marketing
David Lakey, Vice President of Marketing, earned his MBA from the Weatherhead School at Case Western Reserve University in 1990 and his BS in Business from Portland State University. Prior to joining Reser's in 2007, Mr. Lakey was president/COO of Bergstrom Nutrition. David also held senior management positions at leading consumer products firms including the Clorox Company, Del Monte Foods, The Lake Group and Pope & Talbot. Mr. Lakey is responsible for building Reser's North American consumer brand equity across its portfolio of base and acquired brands.
