Family History
In 1950, Mildred and Earl Reser decided to try their hand at making potato salad in quantity. Buying potatoes 50 pounds at a time and doing all the work by hand in the kitchen of their farmhouse in Cornelius, Oregon, they nurtured their new brand “Mrs. Reser’s Salads” step by tiny step, too busy to even think they might be laying the groundwork for an industry giant.
Today, Mildred and Earl’s operation is Reser’s Fine Foods Inc., a company recognized as one of the nation’s premier manufacturers of high-quality refrigerated food brands to both restaurants and supermarkets.
Reser’s remains a family owned and operated company that is dedicated to creating delicious, wholesome meals that nourish family ties and sustain family traditions.
